Henry County Rotary October Food Drive
This October, the Henry County Rotary Club is asking our community to help us fill the shelves of the McKinney-Vento Food Pantry at the Henry County School District, which provides food and essential items for local students and families experiencing housing instability.
We’ve asked what foods these families actually enjoy and use — and the answer may look a little different from a traditional food drive.
Canned goods generally aren't the most useful choice. Instead, we’re collecting convenient, shelf-stable foods that children and families enjoy and that can be prepared easily, often with little more than a microwave.

Every item helps fill a shelf. Every filled shelf helps a family.
Pick up a few extra items while you're grocery shopping, fill a bag, or invite your workplace, church, neighborhood or community group to collect together.
Together, we can help stock the pantry with food Henry County students and families will enjoy, use and know was given by a community that cares.
